Ulysses chapter 3: Proteus
I hope to have some big Finnegans Wake-related news ready for you next week, but in the meantime, I’ve started doing illustrations of Ulysses for this year’s Bloomsday. Will I finish every chapter in time? Let’s find out! Here’s my first attempt: chapter three, Proteus.

I just wanted to let you know that I freaking love everything you draw. The Wake and Ulysses are my holy books. And you bring a gorgeous life to them while still leaving them open to interpretation-- if anything, opening interpretation up even more.
